By accessing or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must not use this Website.
VPS Rental Cars is operated from the United Kingdom and complies with UK law, including the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, Consumer Rights Act 2015, and UK GDPR / Data Protection Act 2018.

3.1 VPS Rental Cars compares car hire prices from 800+ suppliers in 50,000+ locations worldwide via the VIPCars.com database.
3.2 Prices displayed on our Website are live prices provided by VIPCars.com at time of search. Prices can change until booking is confirmed. We do not guarantee availability or price.
3.3 Search results include total pricing where possible including CDW, theft protection, and airport surcharges as provided by VIPCars.com. Local extras (child seats, GPS, additional driver, fuel, young driver surcharge) may be payable locally.
3.4 We do not own, operate, or control any vehicles or rental companies.
4.1 No rental contract exists between you and VPS Rental Cars. Your contract for car hire is between you and VIPCars.com as broker and the local supplier as vehicle provider.
4.2 You must present your booking voucher, valid driving licence (and International Driving Permit if required), credit card in main driver's name, and passport/ID at pickup as required by supplier terms.
4.3 Failure to present required documents may be treated as a "No Show" under VIPCars.com terms with no refund. VPS Rental Cars accepts no liability for this.
5.1 Each car hire supplier has its own Rental Terms including age limits (usually 21-25 minimum), driving licence requirements, deposit amount (£200-£1500 blocked on credit card), fuel policy (full-to-full), mileage limits, cross-border restrictions, and insurance exclusions.
5.2 You MUST read the "Rental Terms" link shown with each car deal on VIPCars.com before booking and the Rental Conditions on your confirmation voucher.
5.3 By booking via our affiliate link, you confirm you have read and accepted both VIPCars.com Terms and the specific supplier's Terms.
6.1 All payments are processed securely by VIPCars.com or the supplier, not by VPS Rental Cars. We do not store card details.
6.2 Cancellation policy is determined by VIPCars.com: Typically 100% refund if cancelled 48+ hours before pickup. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur £30 fee. No-show or desk cancellation is non-refundable. Non-refundable rates are clearly marked.
6.3 Changes to bookings must be requested via VIPCars.com customer service: +44-208-196-9510 / +1-914-368-0091 or via "Manage Booking". Suppliers may accept or deny changes at their discretion.
6.4 For any refund, complaint, or claim regarding vehicle quality, damage charges, or deposit block, contact VIPCars.com directly. VPS Rental Cars cannot process refunds.
You agree to:
8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, VPS Rental Cars provides this Website "as is" without warranty. We make no guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information is complete.
8.2 VPS Rental Cars is a comparison/affiliate site only. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from: vehicle unavailability, supplier refusal, vehicle condition, accidents, mechanical breakdown, flight delays, force majeure, fuel charges, deposit blocks, or any act/omission of VIPCars.com or suppliers.
8.3 Our total liability to you, if any, shall not exceed £100 or the commission we earned from your booking, whichever is lower.
8.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
8.5 You acknowledge that VIPCars.com and suppliers are independent third parties. Any claim must be brought against them, not VPS Rental Cars.
All content on this Website including text, graphics, logos, comparison tables, and articles are owned by VPS Rental Cars or licensed from VIPCars.com. Booking engine, logos, and supplier data are intellectual property of VIPCars.com and used under affiliate agreement.
You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute content without prior written permission.
Our Website contains links to VIPCars.com, car rental suppliers, Tripadvisor, and other third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

14.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
14.2 For UK users, courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
14.3 For worldwide users outside UK, you agree to jurisdiction of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. We comply with EU Consumer Rights Directive where applicable.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be severed without affecting remaining provisions.
